February Wrap Up

Feb Wrap Up.jpg

Welcome to March Bookish Babes! February was a pretty solid split between books I loved and books that were just okay.

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

I did not expect to love this book as much as I did! This is the first Rainbow Rowell novel that I’ve read and I immediately added more of her work to my TBR after finishing Fangirl. Such an incredibly sweet story that also deals with some serious subjects. I highly recommend! What’s your favorite Rainbow Rowell book?

November 9 by Colleen Hoover

Another book I totally didn’t expect to love! You guys…I think I like Romance novels….who am I? This author is new to me and I plan on reading more of her work!

Twin Reflections by Elizabeth R Joseph

This author contacted me in January and requested that I give an honest review of her debut self-published book. You can read my full review here. I honestly did not love this book, but I think it was a great concept and I look forward to seeing how Elizabeth grows as an author.

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

I had seen this book making the rounds on Instagram and it looked so interesting! Although I did enjoy this book, it was not my favorite. I felt like the story moved at a very slow pace and that plot points were dragged out more than necessary.

Coraline by Neil Gaiman

I saw this movie a few years ago and it TERRIFIED me! I thought it was supposed to be a kids movie and it was just SO creepy! So obviously I decided to read the book. This was one of the February BOTM (Book of the Month) in the book club Addicted To YA on Goodreads. This book club does 4 books per month and my goal is to read 12 out of the 48 this year!

What did you read in February? I would love to know!
