March Wrap Up

Welcome to spring Bookish Babes! What has everyone been reading lately? This month was a little lighter for me on number of books completed, but I have been working on some pretty long ones!

Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari

I don’t remember how this ended up on my to read list but it’s a very interesting read! The author combines historical details with philosophy, I think it’s worth checking out.

Winter (The Lunar Chronicles #4) by Marissa Meyer

This was SUCH an excellent ending to the series! If you haven’t checked out The Lunar Chronicles I highly recommend it! Especially if you enjoy sci fi/fairy tales. Winter was an amazing combination of action and character development that kept me engaged until the very end.

All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr

This book has been super raved about on Instagram and had a long waiting list at the library so I was excited to finally read it! However….I ended up not liking this very much. I never really connected to any of the characters and found the pacing to be slow and boring. Did you like this book?

Like I said this was lighter month for reading. Winter was a beast of a book and I’ve been working through 11/22/63 which is another beast! Let me know what you’ve been reading and if you have any recommendations!

As always you can come chat with me over on Instagram!
